What is Reaction Time?

Reaction time is the time between a stimulus appearing and your response to it. It involves:

• Visual processing of the stimulus
• Decision making in the brain
• Signal transmission to muscles
• Physical movement execution

Average Reaction Times

• Excellent: 150-200ms (Professional gamers)
• Good: 200-250ms (Above average)
• Average: 250-300ms (Typical adult)
• Slow: 300-350ms (Could improve)
• Very Slow: 350ms+ (Needs practice)

Test Instructions

• Click "Start Test" to begin
• Wait for the circle to turn green
• Click as quickly as possible when green appears
• Don't click during red phase (too early)
• Complete 5 tests for accurate average
