1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using IT SOLUTION website and services (including software development, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, website design, etc.), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services Provided
We offer IT services including but not limited to:
- Custom Software & Web Development
- Cloud Migration & Management
- Cybersecurity Solutions
- Digital Marketing & SEO
- 24/7 Technical Support
3. Payment Terms
All services require 50% advance payment before project start. Remaining 50% on project completion. Late payments may incur 1.5% monthly interest.
4. Project Timeline & Delivery
Timelines are estimated and depend on client feedback speed. Delays caused by client will extend delivery date accordingly.
5. Revisions & Changes
Two rounds of minor revisions are included free. Major changes or additional features will be charged extra.
6. Ownership & Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own the final delivered product (source code, website, app). We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio.
7. Confidentiality
We keep all your project details, business data, and communications strictly confidential.
8. Warranty
We provide 30–90 days free support post-delivery (depending on project). After that, maintenance is available at additional cost.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate service if client violates terms, delays payment beyond 15 days, or engages in unethical behavior.
10. Limitation of Liability
IT SOLUTION is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability will not exceed the amount paid by the client.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of New Delhi, India.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
